中证指数有限公司由上海证券交易所和深圳证券交易所共同出资成立，是一家从事指数编制、运营和服务的专业性公司。股东会是公司最高权力机构。公司设立董事会，由7名董事和2名监事组成。

As a joint venture between the Shanghai Stock Exchanges and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the China Securities Index Company Limited (CSI) is a professional business entity specializing in the creation and management of indices and index-related services. The Board of Shareholders exercises the highest authority; the Board of Directors consists of 7 directors and 2 supervisors.
